1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using LeadThrottle's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Services
LeadThrottle provides done-for-you digital advertising services for mortgage professionals, including but not limited to:
- Proprietary intent-data audience targeting
- Custom landing page and funnel creation
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign creation and management
- Ad creative production (copy and images)
- Weekly campaign optimization
- CRM integration and lead delivery
- Monthly performance reporting
- Dedicated account management
3. Pricing & Payment
- Service Fee: $1,500 per month per loan officer/agent.
- Volume Pricing: 5+ agents: $1,300/mo each. 10+ agents: $1,200/mo each. 20+ agents: custom pricing.
- Billing: Monthly, billed at the beginning of each service period.
- Ad Spend: Advertising spend is separate and paid directly by the client to Meta (Facebook/Instagram). LeadThrottle does not collect or manage ad spend funds. Recommended ad spend: $500-2,000/mo depending on market.
- No Setup Fees: There are no one-time setup or onboarding fees.
4. Term & Cancellation
- Services are provided on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts.
- Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice before the next billing cycle.
- Upon cancellation, any remaining prepaid amounts for the current billing period are non-refundable.
- We will provide you with access to export your lead data upon cancellation.
5. Lead Exclusivity
Leads generated through your LeadThrottle campaigns are 100% exclusive to you. We do not resell or share leads generated through your campaigns with other loan officers or mortgage professionals.
6. Results Disclaimer
Lead volume, cost per lead, and conversion rates vary by market, competition, ad spend, and other factors. LeadThrottle does not guarantee specific lead volumes or results. Any examples or projections shared on our website or in marketing materials are representative examples and not guarantees of performance.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Maintain an active Meta (Facebook) Business Manager account
- Provide accurate information about your business, licensing, and service areas
- Respond to leads in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable federal and state mortgage lending regulations
- Maintain proper NMLS licensing for all service areas
8. Intellectual Property
Ad creative, landing pages, and funnels created by LeadThrottle are the property of LeadThrottle during the service period. Upon cancellation, clients may request copies of ad creative for their records.
9. Limitation of Liability
LeadThrottle's liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the most recent billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
